Each engagement is agreed in writing.
The specific scope, fees, timings and other terms for any service, training or product are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Information on this website
The website gives general information about our services, products and training. It is not an offer to supply anything. Scope, features, availability and prices are confirmed with you in writing before you commit.
Mockups, concepts and screens shown on the website are illustrations and are labelled as such. Prices shown in illustrations are examples, not our prices.
Enquiries and consultations
Sending an enquiry by email or WhatsApp, or booking a consultation, does not create an obligation for you or for us. Consultations are for understanding your requirements and suggesting a suitable next step.
Services and agreed scope
Before any work starts, we agree in writing what will be delivered, the responsibilities of each side and how changes are handled. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed and agreed before it goes ahead. Not every service described on the website is included in every package or engagement.
Most projects depend on things you provide, such as information, content, approvals and access to accounts or systems. Timings in a proposal depend on these being available when needed.
Fees and payment
We do not publish fixed prices. Fees are quoted for each engagement in pounds sterling (GBP) unless another currency is agreed. A quote may include one-time project fees, recurring fees for ongoing work such as management or content, or both. Payment arrangements are set out in the proposal or agreement for that engagement.
Third-party subscriptions and advertising spend
Services provided by other companies, such as hosting, domains, store platforms, themes, apps, plugins, software subscriptions and booking or customer-management tools, are paid to those providers unless an agreement says otherwise. Their own terms and pricing apply.
Advertising spend is paid to the advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, and is separate from our management fees unless an agreement explicitly says otherwise. Campaigns are subject to each platform's policies and review.
Results
We plan and deliver work carefully, but outcomes such as search rankings, leads, sales or advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including markets, competition, budgets and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific results unless an agreement states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics on this website belong to 2by2 or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Names of other products and platforms mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
Ownership and use of work we create for you, such as designs, content, code or campaign materials, are set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Training and consultations
Topics, format, duration and fees for corporate training, coaching and consultations are agreed before they take place. Training and consultations provide guidance; decisions you make based on them remain yours.
External services and links
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. WhatsApp and other linked websites are provided by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works or introducing malicious code. We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website.
