Information you choose to give us

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything else you include. The enquiry forms on this website do not send or store anything themselves: when you submit one, it opens your own email app with your details in a draft, and nothing reaches us until you press send.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a suggested message. That message names the service you were looking at and includes the address of the page and, if you chose one on the page, the package you selected. Other parts of the address are removed. You can edit or delete the message, and nothing is sent until you send it.

If you message us, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, your messages and anything else you share in the chat.

Phone calls

If you call us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us during the call.

What this website collects automatically

  • No cookies, analytics or advertising tags. The public pages of this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools. Our fonts are served from this website rather than a third-party service.
  • Hosting. The website is hosted by Hostinger. As with most websites, the hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
  • To arrange, confirm and prepare for consultations and demos.
  • To prepare proposals and, where you go ahead, to deliver and manage the agreed work.
  • To know which page an enquiry came from, using the page address in WhatsApp messages, so we can respond about the right service.
